RMR and BodPod Tests

There only issue I can see is if the width of the table was too narrow. It's a fair size. The also keep you in place like an MRI. You also have to remain still for 10-5 minutes. The part that scans the body is high up so that shouldn't be an issue. The BMR is way off - if I ate 1/2 of the calories they suggested I'd gain weight. If the amount of radiation is a concern for you, I was told it's equivalent to a transatlantic flight.

Yes! I have a habit of always asking is there going to be anything different because I am obese ...I don't like surprises!

That is amazing. Well done Ginny. You are a lean mean workout machine.

Truthfully, I would be afraid to eat that much, 3175 would put me back to where i was. I am a lot shorter than you (and older). You are a very smart woman and I know you will be monitoring your maintenance.

CC, no way I'm eating that much! seriously.. we need to get together. Are you kidding I'd be a blimp in no time.

My Trucker on the other hand thinks I don't eat enough so I will have to be silent on my menus and let him think I'm eating

Good grief. Life is hard.

I said to Meg we should plan a get together in the new year. Maybe something in the spring when driving isn't an issue.

Really interesting results how many calories do you think you eat now? Are you still losing? Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I'm usually in the 1000 - 1200 calorie range and maintaining my weight. I am going to try increasing my calories with protein, a bit of fruit (carbs), and healthy fats.
