Good morning everyone! Lazy start to the week, I didn't go to the gym this morning. I was awake, just couldn't be bothered. Maybe tonight. Didn't get much planned yesterday so today is a whatever I could find in the fridge kind of day. I have to write my exam for the course I'm doing. Not looking forward to it. I really just need to sit down and do it and not stew over it.

20 months post op today.

B - 1 egg, 1/8 cup egg white, slice of cheese, 2 strips of bacon

S - greek yogurt

L - leftover pot roast

S - 2 oz turkey, cheese

Good morning Ginny and everyone. Good luck with the exam Ginny.

Lazy start for me today as well. Still on exercise restriction so I slept in. This not exercising and allowing myself more food here and there is showing up on the scale. I really need buckle down.

Today I still have tons of paperwork and DH wants me to find papers from 2003. There will be lots of coffee.

Good morning,

Just a note to touch base and let you know I'm around, sticking to the program, and hovering at 98 lbs. lost. Purolator is insanely busy and stupid me is doing it alone - along with Christmas calendars, letters, cards, etc.

I hope everyone is good and I will get back to posting as soon as possible. It really helps and I enjoy hearing about everyone's days.

Linda
