I am so excited and you are right, it truly is a blessing. I'm so happy I took the plunge. The hardest part for me was getting up the courage to ask my Doctor for a referral.

Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)
