I grew to love the opti too, especially the vanilla

I was allowed to cook my veggies. I roasted them, and they tasted great! It's probably the veggies causing you to need to run to the washroom; lots of fibre. But it won't hurt to ask your doctor.

That's a long time to be on Opti; wow! But only 1 week til surgery to go! That's so exciting! It seems like yesterday that I was counting down to surgery and tomorrow I'll be 10 months out already! Time sure flies.
