Good morning! Sure didn't want to go to the gym this morning, and when I came out my truck was covered in snow. So tired today, and yet I picked today to do a couple of classes at the gym after work. D'uh, although I'm not there yet.

We decided to go to Swiss Chalet for supper last night, and it took me till this morning to realize the crappy waitress didn't give us our Lindor Chocolates or scratch and win card for our festive special. Will have to make a phone call this morning.

B - sautéed chicken, peppers, onions, sour cream, cheese

S - leftover chicken from last night

L - chili

S - deli turkey, cheese slice

D - shepperds pie

Cal 925, carbs 42, protein 105

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I would be calling Swiss Chuck for sure. Maybe they can give you a free festive special.

Ginny I love that you go to the gym even though it's cold and you're tired. They tell us that we need to change our lifestyle. You haven't just changed it, you've embraced your new life.

Late posting today, it has been a busy morning. The Jamacain beef patty filling was delicious and the kids and DH loved their actual patties. Trying to be more creative with meals that both the family and I can have to cut down on cooking.

I'm glad Myrtle liked the beef patty filling. Do you make your own salmon cakes?

I do make my own salmon cakes. I use fresh salmon, fresh chopped dill, chopped red onion, lemon zest, moayonnaise and salt and pepper. Easy and delicious.

Good morning all,

It's been a busy day and will continue, I'm sure. My daughter gave me a pair of her tights that she got from work, but never wore. Size S/M. Fit perfectly and they are lined with fleece. I put on a comfy wine coloured funnel-neck jersey dress (medium) and short black boots. I feel like a million bucks. Today is 8 months since my surgery and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my decision.

B - protein shake and large black decaf

S - Armstrong cheese stick

L - 1/2 cup of crab salad (goat cheese, Tzatziki, onion, a bit of Ranch and low fat mayo) - pretty dense.

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - 3/4 cups of homemade chili

S - 5 oz. of Skyr with S.F. syrup

Calories: 870, Protein: 89, Carbs: 52. All water and vitamins.

Enjoy your day.

Linda that sounds like a really cute outfit. It's amazing how our style comes out after WLS. I always tried to wear nice clothes, but let's face it, plus size clothes can be a little on the matronly side. I love wearing fun, youthful outfits now. I'm making up for a lot of lost time, lol.
