Scale victory (me specific goal)

I was happy to step on the scale and be the lightest that I have been since meeting my husband. It was nice to call him and tell him that today. He is a big supporter of this journey and he made another joke about being married to a whole new woman.

Do you guys (ladies and gents) have any funny/personal goal weights outside of the standard 10lb, 10%, 199, etc?

That's awesome! Congratulations.

I want to get below 242 lbs. That's the lowest I got to, in 2001, and I remember being in my adult life. It will be a big milestone for me. :)

That is wonderful and congratulations on the goal!

Having a spouse with a good sense of humor is fun and helps during the down times.

I do not have a funny goal but I tell my husband I want to be healthy skinny. He says he won' know what to do. He has never had a skinny wife.

Congrats again!

It definitely does! The one plus with the husband is that he will get to see the progression so it is not a giant shock. You will be posting these soon!

That's awesome! I don't have a specific goal but everyday when I'm doing something that is impacted by my weight I think when I lose this weight I'll be able to.......trim my toenails easier, tie my shoes easier, see parts I can't see easier, lol, climb these stairs easier, fit in a chair easier. Everyday it's something different and to me that is so exciting! Congrats again as living becomes easier!

Those dreaded chairs with arms! I am starting to notice that change. My husband bought the world's skinniest desk chair a couple of years ago. We always had another chair near our desk for me since it actually hurt me to sit in that chair. I am happy to say that chair is gone and only just over a month in!

My Ultimate weight loss goal is 130 - not that I even care to stay there, I just want to get there because whenever my husband or kids would ever ask me over the years how much I weigh, I always said 130lbs - I NEVER was (not since I was a teenager or young 20s). But since that is our running joke, I just made it my goal. I am now 7 month out and 50lbs away from goal, it is definitely doable. Once I get to goal I will also be exactly half my weight...which would be AMAZING!!

PS....if any of my family ask...I weigh 130lbs! LOL
