Finally reached my GOAL!

Well today I stepped on the scale and I weighed in at 179.8lbs, I finally have met my goal at 9 months and 6 days out! I am truly blessed to have finally reached it and I am satisfied with the weight loss! But I still see the fat girl! People at work, my family doctor, family and my chiropractor are telling me not to lose any more weight? I'm 5'9 so I am a taller girl but people shouldn't be saying this to me I feel! I've worked hard and I've earned every pound that I have loss! If I lose more I will and if I don't I wont! This will definitely only be by my choice! Rant over! I'm proud of myself!

Do what makes you feel good. As long as you keep your bmi out of the underweight category and you are healthy!

Great job reaching your goal!! It's totally your decision weather or not you lose more weight or not. I'm 17lbs away and I've been stuck for the past 2 weeks. I know I will get there, I just have to be patient lol. My mom told me to stop losing 50lbs ago, it does get annoying when people keep telling you to stop. I've been told I needed to lose weight since I was 12 and now that I am they say stop. People suck sometimes.

Keep up the great work!!
