Ginny I love you breakfast. Honeycrisp apples, gotta get me some. I like to use them for dipping or slicing into a salad.

Hello everyone. A bit of a rollercoaster lately. Last week was amazing spirit wise and food wise. Felt amazingly under control. But the by Saturday hit. Saturday I was down and out. Stayed in bed all day watching Netflix which I never do. Just ?picked? at slider foods. My period started yesterday which completely explains Saturday but still felt drained and ended up making very bad food choices. So, today I am still feeling the effects of the time of month and dealing with the physical effects fro. Sugar and carbs. I am going to take it easy on my system today and stick to shakes, yogurts, and eggs. I just want to hide under the covers still but I have a ton of work to do. #justdoit.

Leeann I'm sorry that you are PMS'ing. Back on the horse again today and you should start to kick that carb monster to the curb. Hugs.

Good morning all,

Had a great weekend outside as well raking leaves and cutting everything down in my flower beds. Got 25 bags on Saturday and filled 18 of them on Sunday. Waiting for more to fall in the back, but know we will be 60+ again this year. We used to put them in the back 40 to compost, then the pile got too high. I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves.
