I am doing well! On 2nd week of soft food. It will be nice to move along to regular textures in a few weeks. I am missing the crunch of food. I really crave a salad with tomatoes and feta and cucumber.... I didn't realize how much I would miss salad!! Julie

I haven't been following the guidelines to a "T" because I figure if I chew really really well, what's the difference between that and putting something in a blender? ...besides the food mixes with the digestive juices and aids in digestion. I have been eating salads a little at a time. I love salads. So far everything is working well for me and I figure I really need green live food. I usually have a green smoothie for breakfast (spinach/kale) and a salad at lunch...of course lots of protein too. The phytonutrients in vegetables is essential. Glad to hear everything is going ok for you.
