Good morning all! Today is the start of my work week as I had an extra long weekend. Got lots accomplished on my extra day off yesterday.

Eats for today:

B - stuffed turkey breast

S - Greek yogurt and blue berries (hopefully the blueberries are still good. They're in the fridge at work)

L - cobb salad

S - 4 slices deli turkey

D - Bistro Chicken Swiss

Total Cal 1078, Carbs 41, Protein 140

Have a great day.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

Happy surgiversary Ginny!!

Nothing much planned for today. I got a few things done yesterday including raking leaves and picking up walnuts from our backyard. They have made quite a mess this year compared to previous years. Picking them all up should be good for my leg/butt muscles, right? ;)

Post-op two years, seven months.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - peanuts

Lunch - leftover beef

Snack - bacon jerky

Snack - pepperoni and cheese

Dinner - probably beef... Maybe turkey soup

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water and vits.

Hello Ginny and meggles. You are both doing so well. The scale finally moved for me again. I am on day 2 of the 48 hour pouch reset from bariatriceating.com. Today I will have 4 protein shakes during the day and having chicken for dinner. It's a work dinner so hoping the choice is chicken

So so close to the 90 pound lost mark. Can't wait to reach 100# mark. Have a great day everyone.

referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017

Good morning, menu friends, and Happy Surgiversary, Ginny! Congrats on your lowest weight!

It's a nice sunny day today and if it's not too windy I'm going to go for a bike ride, if it's too windy, I'll go hiking on a nature trail instead. Loving this crisp fall weather!

Menu:

Breakfast: 2 cups decaf with 1/4 vanilla premier protein in each (and SF pumpkin caramel skinny syrup), after the decaf (about an hour later), 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt with 1/4 cup strawberry slices.

Lunch: turkey salad

Supper: Unsure, but it will be protein, possibly garlic shrimp as I wanted it yesterday but didn't have it.

Snack: cheese string, pepperette, cherry tomatoes

You're lucky! The weather is rainy, cold and super windy here today. Not fit for anyone out there. Won't be getting my extra walk in at lunch time today, sadly.
