Thanksgiving challenge

I just posted a reply to Ms Coffee about something, and thought I would do it too! And then thought... maybe others want to as well!

Here's my challenge:

Before I ask, let me say this: DON'T answer it here just yet! I'd love for this to be a bit more creative and thought provoking.

So the question is:

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

Here's the challenge:

• Over the next few days, write down 100 things you are thankful for this Thanksgiving (yes, I said 100!!!)
• Try not to make it only about others, ie the support you get, activities you do... dig deep. WHO are you as a person? Are you courageous, spontaneous, fun, decisive, organized? Include those things!
• Make is as fun, colourful, engaging as you want. Or not. Type it, hand write it, draw it... it's up to you!
• When you're ready, take a picture of it and upload it here. Share it with the group.

Look around you... no doubt you can find another 5 or 10 just by looking around!!

It's an amazing challenge but so difficult as positive self talk is not something that comes easy to most people. It's time to change the voices in our heads and see ourselves for the truly wonderful people we are and those who love us know.

Hmm I have to say I will be extending this challenge to my son and to my family... lol
