Hey Jo,

Go to the RNY site and you will see the two types that you can sign up for. Grim lets you know what the acronyms stand for and the difference between eating strictly meat or adding in other animal products (cheese, dairy, etc.)

I'm going to try it and think I will start off including dairy as I don't think my pouch will be able to withstand and digest strictly meat. Some are just too dense for me, but adding in dairy and cheese will lighten the load.

Thanks Teena - and partners - for taking this on.

I'm at the 6 month mark and assume I will be okay to try it. I know Ginny and Pam have done so and it seems to recharge the system.
