Yes, I did; it was awful. I use Palmer's Cocoa butter; it smells like chocolate and got rid of the dry skin.

I drink a lot, but I've had dry skin.

I use fast absorbing moisturizers. They don't stay on my skin or feel greasy.

I make my own... I know surprise surprise....A mix cocoa butter, shea butter essential oils and coconut butter or oil.... right after shower. Great for keeping flabby skin from infection as well.

Most products have chemicals and they are drying so look for an organic one...

Fast and easy: Burt's Bees or St Ives or Walmart has a few that are in jars.

I suffered from very dry skin for about the first 3 months. It seems fairly common. It was so itchy, drove me crazy. I've heard it can be from not enough liquids, not enough fats, not enough calories. Who knows.

Someone recommended using a loofah in the shower, so I tried it. It may have been a coincidence, but I did notice a change after a week. Luckily, I have been just fine the past few months.

My dry skin was horrible. I found this stuff called "All about Feet" in Shoppers Drug Mart. It is for you feet obviously but it worked amazingly all over. You'll smell like peppermint but it does work, and it is not greasy.

Hope this helps.
