Good to hear your back on opti. Your right allergies can be weird and tricky.

I'm so excited for you with surgery around the corner, and yes you will start to feel much better when the weight just falls off!!

I can't believe its been almost six months either! It does really fly by, and I feel so much better than I did six months ago. Carrying less weight around helps lol I still have a ways to go, but the journey is what it is, and you'll have many wonderful NSV and scale victory ahead to look forward to!

Thanks Amanda! That's all so great to hear. I'm sure 6 months of changes makes a world of difference. A hard 6 months to get through but worth it all. You still have lots more victories ahead! Kathy -- I am so sorry...wow I just had pneumonia this winter...not fun....

and ELOON77 yay! So it wasn't the Aspartame... yeah the usual symptoms for that are awful headaches and dizziness and nausea --- all of which are not fun.

That diet did sound kind of hard...:(

I had those headaches at the beginning but by day 3 they subsided. So crazy I'm allergic to Benefiber. I got the ok today to take Metamucil pills so I took some. I got the Optitrots as soon as I stopped the Benefiber! So I took a bit of Metamucil pills. I'm just so paranoid of constipation! I hope it's not a constant problem post op. But happy I didn't have to ditch the Opti and reinvent the wheel here. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and see his the first week of Opti is treating me.
