Hot Chocolate Protein - yup NO CARBS

Update:A YouTuber reviewed it and this guy that is a bodybuilder that I spoke to also reviewed it and he told me that it tastes really good and you could use warm skim milk or warm water not hot but it taste really good so on Amazon it's 2 pounds for like $50. I am new at this Whey protein stuff so I don't even know what 2 pounds is.

1scoop 115 Calories.. I can imagine you can have half a scoop and just put in the warm water but the reviewer said add a bit more water so maybe one cup would really be half a scoop and you get like about 13 g of protein.

I haven't tried this brand in particular but I have used Premier Protein and heated it up and it was amazing. I heard from a lot of people that if you over heat the powders they become lumpy but from personal experience this does not happen with premier protein.

I never thought of heating up pp. I am going to try that. Thanks
