I'm so excited! Today I stepped on the scale and saw that magical number 199!! This was my first real goal and I am so happy this morning to reach it! Next up...195...my halfway point then 186...so my bmi is lower than my husband's

So I am in for a lot of exciting scale goals in the next couple of months.

Just wanted to share...You guys all keep me going and excited to be on this track...so thank you all!

It's a great feeling - measure as well, once a month. I got to onederland and have sat at 194 for the past two plus weeks. It's all good and I know I'm losing because I'm sticking to plan.

Next goal coming fast.

Orientation April 2016 - Final approvals December 2016. Surgical Class January 23, 2017. Met with Dr. Reed February 7, 2017. Opti start date March 1, 2017. Surgery March 15, 2017 (Dr. Foute-Nelong).
