Has anyone heard back from Meaghan (surgery booking - St Joes Hamilton)

I have replied to a few people about wait times that I was told back in July but I am starting to get a little annoyed. I was wondering if anyone has had a call for a surgery date yet. I know she has had the list for almost 2 weeks and while I was down the list I am not crazy far down the list.

I have called and left a voicemail that I am getting concerned about my date being further back and it impacting projects at work so I do need to know if my date is going to be later than early October like she originally said. Late fall/winter is our heavy design time in my industry and if I am out for surgery and recovering we are going to have to make arrangements for additional staff. When they were saying my surgery was going to be September (possibly early October) it was perfect for timing. I am scared that if my surgery date is into late fall I am going to have to get my surgery pushed to the new year since there are some things that I need to travel for presentations that I agreed to months ago.

Sorry for the rant - it is just frustrating when they say you will know by a certain time and all you get is crickets.

On another board I was hearing chatter that they were booking for the people who signed consent end of June - so maybe you're up soon? Someone got a call today saying they are going for surgery next week - so who knows? Could be anytime! I am having surgery through St. Joe's too - but haven't even had orientation yet. I just wanted to say I'm sorry you're getting crickets. That is totally frustrating. I hope you hear soon, and get really good news (surgery date you want).

Don't worry ..it will come soon enough....I know it is frustrating ..... time is flying by lately so soon you will be on those great OPTI shakes...

I haven't heard anything either. You signed a month before me. I am hoping for a date asap as well but I am prepared for them to say it will be in late fall as the person at the desk predicted when I was there Aug 8. Julie
