I'm just a little wee bit longer away (september 5) but i am extremely happy for you. I have no issue with Opti. hopefully that will be the same for you. I think your short turn around is amazing. i have been waiting over a year. (extenuating cir****tances) but i am so excited now. i will be watching your progress as you are just a bit ahead of me.

How exciting!!! I remember how excited I was when I got my date.

My sister was in the medical program and they gave her a shaker, so I used that when it was my turn for opti. I did not add anything...just had to be cold!!

I would try not to get too anxious about how much you will lose on Opti. Some people lose a lot, some don't...as long as you stick to the plan you will do well.
