Anyone have experience with him? I have heard great things about him through reviews, and his blog is interesting, but I wanted to see if any of you guys had experience with him.

I have an appointment with him this coming Friday at the BMI clinic in Ottawa.

Hi I'm going through the BMI clinic. Dr. Freedhoff is ok, he's efficient. No time for extras. But you go fast when going through the BMI clinic, which is a big bonus.

Yes, The Ottawa Hospital switched me over to the BMI clinic because I told them I would prefer to have surgery by the time I'm done college (10 months from now). The said my timeline will be 4 to 8 months month.

I've been with Dr. Freedom from for the past year. I'm 9 weeks since surgery and I have nothing but good to say about him. He's been very realistic with me, which has helped with my expectations. When I went to see him two weeks after surgery depressed because I wasn't 105 pounds less then before surgery (remember the expectations comment) he patiently listened and then gave me an analogy about studying. I left the appointment feeling better and encouraged. Good luck and get ready for the journey of your life.

I started going to the clinic in August 2016. Because i went to Ecuador Went on Optifast on May 24, 2017. Surgery on June 14. Never really kept track of the weigh, I've been trying to break my numbers obsession, but I know that I was weighed before Optifast at 270 and two weeks ago I weighed in at 210.

Hi! I'm a bit late to this, but I'm also going through BMI currently, and so far I only have good things to say about Dr. Freedhoff. I've had two appointments with him, and find him to be very patient and positive. He's obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his field in this specialty. I also really like that it's no nonsense at this clinic. You go in, have your appointment, and leave. No long waits.

I hope you get to meet Kelly the fitness trainer. She's a ray of sunshine and super encouraging.
