Today I am exactly 2 months post op and I feel great.

Down 30.8 lbs since surgery (plus the loss before hand) really makes a big difference on my short body.

My kids have told me that they don't see a difference because they see me everyday, SO I found some pics on my phone that were taken of me at an event about a week before I started optifast, when I showed them they were blown away. My daughters comments were amazing but my son didn't even know what to say, he just hugged me. It was a very special moment for me.

I'm working the tool, and it is definitely working for me. I'm so happy I did this. 2nd best decision of my life (marrying hubby still comes first).

That is so awesome! Good for you! Glad you're feeling great and that you are seeing such good results. It's only a matter of time when they will notice without the pictures!

Awwww, that's so sweet that your son was speechless!!! And your daughter had so many nice things to say. It sounds like you have such a supportive family, which is amazing.

Congratulations on all your loss so far. That's a stellar loss at 2 months out!

How exciting; what great progress.

Sometimes we don't hear comments (people aren't sure what to say), those around us (including ourselves) don't see it as much, or we still view ourselves with our "fat eyes". Self-perception can lead to misconception.

I do feel lighter and wear smaller sizes, but the real change is in how I FEEL. More energized, happier, more positive. I was a happy person before and my size never defined me, but boy oh boy has there been a positive change. I get more comments on this then I do my appearance - and that's just great.

The more you hug, the more they notice: "You're so much smaller - I can get my arms right around you!".

Life is good and this tool WORKS. Congratulations.

How wonderful that your family is so supportive! It does take awhile for people close to you to notice as they do see you every day, but trust me they notice. My coworkers have been pretty quiet for the most part but every now and then someone will say something to me. Weight is a touchy subject for many people so I think that's why people hold their tongues even though they notice.

Your kids are so adorable and how sweet that they are so happy for you!

Keep up the great work - you are rocking it!!
