Hey Darling.
Sorry for not responding. I've been on Vacation for the better part of the last 5 weeks.
I did the trip to the East Coast and Back, then went Camping for another week locally with the rest of the time spent kicking back and enjoying what little warm summer weather we have had.
The good news is I did not gain any weight on vacation, the Bad news is I didn't lose anything either. So I've been essentially stalled for 4 weeks now. I can easily blame myself for most of that...;-)
Time to get back on track now and bare down. I have my 6 month followup next Monday so Vacation time is over for now.
Anyway, yes I am anxiously awaiting the next Ottawa Meet Up.
