Happy Hump Day! Half way to what looks like will be a good weekend. Hit the gym this morning for a cardio warm up then into the pool! We like to change things up mid week!

Another boring day at work with nothing to do. Makes it so tough to put in 7 hours when it's so nice outside to boot. Will get out at lunch for 5+ kms

S - skyr with blueberries

L - chili

S - Vector protein bar (or deli turkey I'll see what kind of mood I'm in)

D - bbq chicken with 1/2 cup loaded cauliflower

Totals Cal 907, Carbs 58, Protein 97 (these stats are with the protein bar, will be slightly different if I eat the turkey)

Have a good day!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

So tired this morning and my muscles are aching everywhere. Lots of work to do today. I need to go see a doctor soon about this extreme fatigue I've been experiencing for months since surgery. I take all my vits and get in all my water daily, and I'm only 21 years old!! I feel like in in my 60's, lol. Maybe I'm iron deficient or something? Hope this resolves soon so I get incorporate a regular exercise program in my daily routine, this isn't going to cut it for much longer. :(

I'm really excited about today's menu, managed to work in 2 servings of fruits and 3 servings of veggies! Been trying to eat more fruits and veggies lately, and while it's hard to stay within my carb limit of 30g net carbs that way, I figured if it's coming from healthy sources I shoudn't worry too much.

Today's eats:

B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee

S1: 3oz sliced green bell pepper, 2oz roasted red pepper hummus

L: 1.5oz raw spiralized zucchini, 3oz shrimp, 1oz alfredo sauce, 2tbsp parmesan cheese

S2: 1oz unsalted almonds, 3oz raspberries

D: 3oz chicken souvlaki, 1.5oz steamed broccoli, 0.5oz light feta cheese

S3: 3oz plain greek yogurt, 10g sugar free maple syrup, 2oz blackberries

Totals: 971cals, 52g carbs - 22g fiber - 30g net carbs, 103g protein
