Wow ! 9 days done and 5 to go..I can't believe I have made it this far with optifast . It sure hasn't been easy , and for anyone just starting that or about to the chocolate is way better then the vanilla ! Which is surprising as I usually love vanilla over chocolate.

5 days until surgery ahhhhh!! Can't believe how fast the days are going

Congratulations; you're almost there! So exciting.

I liked the Vanilla opti better, and assumed I would like the chocolate more, lol.
