Post Op VSG 10 months

My 10 month mark is coming up in 4 days! Still in a stall but at least I'm not gaining so I'm happy lol. Just playing the waiting game at this point until the scale budges again. Work has been really hectic lately, going to be doing some work today too so not much time to relax.

Today's eats:

B: Chocolate premier protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee

L: 1 Cup spinach, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 1.5oz chicken souvlaki, 1 hard boiled egg, 10g salad dressing

D: 3oz Salmon, 1.5oz broccoli, 0.5oz light feta cheese

S1: 3oz Plain greek yogurt, 10g sugar free maple syrup, 1.5oz blackberries

S2: Protein bar

S3: High fiber muffin and cinnamon tea (1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1tsp cinnamon)

Don't know if I'll actually eat all of this today but we'll see how the day goes.

Totals: 946 cals, 55g carbs - 31g fiber = 24 net carbs, 110g protein
