Good morning :)

I have a very long to-do list, but the only things I really need to get done today are a trip to the landfill to drop off old paint and a ton of school work. I have to meet with my advisor on Thursday so I need to make some progress. It is so hard to get motivated as I was supposed to be on leave this term. The nice weather doesn't help either ;)

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - turkey sausage

Snack - Greek yogurt

Dinner - ham and veg

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Good morning,

I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing weekend. Camping in Peterborough, like other spots, was sunny, wet and muddy. It was great visiting with friends and I got a lot of walking in. On Sunday, we walked 8.5 km. around Little Lake - what beautiful views. Not winded, not sore, not tired - what a HUGE difference from a week ago when I was embarrassed to walk with someone else in case I did get winded and had to slow down. When we got home yesterday, I cut the lawns (large property so it takes about an hour by hand), cleaned up the inside and was still raring to go. Again, a remarkable difference.

I forgot my phone and didn't bring much so not a lot to log.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

L - 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

S - 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

D - grilled chicken breast and sliced tomato and cucumber.

Will log into MFP when I get home. All water and vitamins. Enjoy your day!

Hi Guys,

It's nice and sunny here today; 2 days in a row...it's a miracle, lol. Yesterday I went for an 18 km bike ride (so nice), and today I am either going to walk, bike, or maybe even swim. I usually save swimming for rainy days but my knees hurt and I wouldn't mind getting them in the hot tub.

My restriction has been super tight all week;not sure what is up with that, but I'll take it, lol.

Breakfast: decaf with premier protein, Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries.

Lunch: Roast chicken (left overs)

Supper: Shrimp or burger patty, haven't decided

Snack: Beef jerky, babybel light cheese

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

Hi everyone! Dropped my son at his half day ball camp this morning then came to work. Working till 6pm then rushing to his ball game which is about 10 mins away from work. After I'd like to jump into the pool and have a swim.

B: Premier protein and decaf

L: Chicken with hot sauce, cucumber, onion and little bit of cheese

D: chicken breast on the bbq with some melted cheese

S: premier protein and unsweetended iced coffee (I gave in, my boss bought it and I felt bad saying no)

Cals: 776, protein 96, carbs 40

May add some syntrax nector in there to bring up cals to 876 and protein to 120 but we will see.
