TWH Sleeve

Has anyone has the sleeve at TWH and who does them?

All the surgeons do them. I had one. You have to ask if you specifically want it and be prepared to defend your reasons why. Oddly enough, the surgeon gave me the least resistance, it was all the other appointments that gave me a hard time about it. I made it clear I would only have the sleeve, if they wanted to do RNY I would not accept it (even crossed out that procedure on the consent form). For me it was important because I take medication for an ongoing condition. My weight loss has been perhaps slower but at a manageable pace and I am very happy with my progress ... down 111 lbs after 1 year and still losing about a pound a week if I behave myself!
