I found a thing of applesauce in my fridge. 11g of sugar in one of those small individual containers. I'm sure you only use a tbsp or so though. Still curious what the plain yogurt as for sugar.

Hello Monica,

21 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar per serving. 1 have 1/4 cup of Skyr with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce. Frozen or fresh berries would be better, so I will switch when my applesauce is done - just a funk from the pureed stage that tasted good and was easy on the pouch.

Thank you.

I'm by no ways judging Linda. I was more curious than anything. I might do berries when they get more in season or stick to my Sf syrup. Just need to find some sf syrup. I had bought this Walden's brand at metro but haven't found it there lately. You are doing great so keep it up.

I know Monica and always appreciate the feedback. The applesauce is 11 grams of sugar for 2/3 cup. Sweetened is 22 grams. We need to read the nutritional information on everything. I have some fresh strawberries so I will try them instead tonight. Love to see what others are eating for inspiration and ideas.

I hear you about walking alone. When I go by myself at lunch I can get in a little over 6 kms. When I take a buddy I push him to make it to at least 5. He's getting faster, but it is nicer to have someone to chat with. Makes the time go by. But he doesn't like to go with me everyday so I get some good days and some shorter ones.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Hi menu friends,

It's cool and overcast here in the North, for the second day in a row. Yesterday I swam laps for an hour but the heater in the pool is broken and the water was cold. The day before I rode my bike for 21.5 km, and my butt is still sore, lol, so I think I will probably just go for a walk in the mall today. I fit into size XL and some L clothes now, so maybe i can check out some stores I haven't gone into in say, over 30 years, lol.

Breakfast: 2 decaff coffee with 160 ml premier protein shake as whitener. 1 hard boiled egg.

Lunch: Left over grilled chicken with 2 tbsp grilled red pepper stips.

Supper: Garlic shrimp.

Snack: cheese string, strawberries.

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017
