You can get Premier Protein shakes in Canada, but so far, only at Costco and one person here found them at Shopper's Drug Mart.

They have Protein concentrate, not isolate, but my pouch is just fine with that, and my centre is too.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

The shakes, yes... the Clear, I have heard isn't available yet, and a few people were looking for it.

I tried the Blu-Dot protein tea today. I thought it tasted pretty good! I got the Orange Pineapple flavor. I wouldn't have it very often but I think I will keep it in mind for when I am looking for something different for a change of pace instead of water. its nice to have some options!

I have tried all flavours and have used them from time to time...I think the Protein factor will be important in the liquid stage... thanks D
