It turns out I didn't need to stress myself out. The appointments with the social worker and dietician went well and they both approved me to move forward with the surgery. The next big appointment is with the psychologist in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the support.

I think its normal to stress ourselves out a bit when something we want is dependent on other people's decisions. Glad to hear you got approved. Your getting closer.
