This is weird and I hope everyone is alright. It's 8:30 a.m. and I am the first to post? The newbie? I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds Ginny.

B - protein shake

S - Ryvita cracker and babybel

L - 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

D - Leftover chicken stirfry

Forgot my phone and haven't entered. Drinking 80+ oz. a day and have taken all vitamins and my antibiotics.

Plan on going for a walk after work - maybe not the full 5 km., but something. I need to energize myself.

Good morning :)

I would say not to worry about posting first -- I know both Ginny and I are posting on the RNY AMAW/CAMAW menu thread :)

I ended up sleeping on the couch with puppy 2 for most of the night so I will be taking a nap today because I have another soccer game tonight. I hope I don't hurt as much after this game. The day after my last game I felt like I had done about 100 squats.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt with SF syrup

Snack - rotisserie chicken

Lunch - ham with melted cheese

Snack - turkey sausage thing

Dinner - rotisserie chicken

After soccer:

Car ride snack - bacon jerky

Home snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

I got some down in the states -- I go grocery shopping there every couple months. I picked up these turkey cheddar sausages and turkey breakfast sausage. They are actually quite good and lower in fat than pork or beef. I wish we had more of these options here!! :)

I feel your pain Meg! I consider myself a pretty active person, what with working out at the gym and all my walking. Well Saturday I was in a ball tournament, played 3 games......my legs are just starting to feel normal again.

Just a different use of the same muscles I guess. I even made sure to stretch them out before and after each game, but still! Good luck at your game tonight.

I have not been very active lately - bad meggles!! Lol. But my friends asked me to join their pickup soccer team. I was never a team sport person but I thought this would help to get me off the couch more :)

Post Op 13+ mos

Good morning Linda! It doesn't matter who starts the post! When I go to the gym in the morning I don't post until I get to work, and today I started on the RNY thread for the AMAW challenge!

Its day 3 of AMAW and I'm down 1.9 lbs this morning from Monday. Did a cardio workout this morning at the gym, will do my 5 km at lunch (hopefully not too warm, how can I even say that? I love the sun) and will walk the dogs tonight. Didn't get them out last night because it was too damp and cold.

B - mini bacon wrapped sirloin bites (M&Ms)

S - 3.9 oz beef meatballs

L - 3.6 oz bacon wrapped sirloin (took hubbies from last night, LOL)

S - 4 slices deli turkey and mustard

D - meatloaf

Total Cal 806, Carbs 12, Protein101

Have a great hump day!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Hey everyone,

Not much really going on today surprisingly. Work till 5pm, my hubby is taking my son to his batting practice so we'll be home by 6pm. Wow! I'll probably read some later and swim if the weather/warm holds up. The kids are itching to get into the pool as they haven't been in much lately. Tomorrow starts our insane baseball schedule so it'll be nice to relax tonight.

B: Premier Protein

L: Chicken, salad, 1/2 cal dressing

D: Chicken,salad, cheese - no dressing

S: Synthrax nector cherry and skinny pop (not sure where I'm placing these today as it depends on when I get my shipment that has the protein powder in it!
