What Center Are You From & Pre/Post Op

I had my surgery on June 7, 2017 at Humber River with Dr. Klein. Everything went really fast. There was confusing information between the nurse and so after all my meetings in August of 2016, I ended up waiting to hear back from herr as she told me to call her back in two no2 the after my irons went up etc. It was May when I was to ally able to get a hold of her on the phone and she's like you should have had your surgery already I'm sorry. So I called the surgeons office and she was like oh my goodness you are overdue for your surgery. Went in the next day, got my optifast, started the next day and surgery 2 weeks later. ?
