Cannot eat fake sugar --- stevia ok?

Anyone out there know what Ontario does if you cannot eat or consume Aspartame or Sucralose etc. Wild headaches and dizziness.

the only time they tell us to use fake sugar is when we do optifast or slim time. If you can't do the fake sugars, they most often will give you an alternative pre op diet to follow. Post op, you never have to use them if you don't want to. Many choose to use stevia or regular sugar instead of the alternatives.

I can't consume Aspartame so i used SlimTime with a modified preop diet. I would recommend drinking a lot of water to flush your system while on it just incase your body doesn't like it.

Thanks - what centre were you at ...VSG ...great... how is it?

I cannot have sucralose either... headaches.....not good
