Hi all. I had my RNY in Guelph last Thursday and came home Saturday.

So far every new day is better than the last. :) I will admit that the first few days were a bit rough.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the grocery store to buy stuff for the Full Fluids stage. It wiped me out! Today we walked around the block and sat in the sunshine by the river and I almost felt human again.

Been a champ at getting my fluids in - - up to 2 litres a day now and have been lucky in that BMs are happening without needing any help :)

Down 11 lbs since surgery.

I hope you all are having a great day!
