Victory!

Well today I was able to get to the store and buy some restoralax. I took it in the parking lot at Walmart as soon as I got in my car and within 2 hours I finally had a BM without using a laxative! So I will take it again tomorrow morning and see if it works again! Thanks everyone for all the great tips!

restoralax is the only thing that cleared my extreme constipation after my surgery. It is safe to take twice daily if you need to, its gentle and works. I also suggest you try probiotics open the capsule and add the powder into a protein shake with both i go daily after 11 pure months of pure hell / constipation.

Restoralax is the ONLY thing that I can use to go to the bathroom. I use it daily, one full capful in my daily coffee. I am 3.5 yrs out and now I use 1 tbsp of Bran buds in my yogurt and the combo of the restoralax and the brand buds I "go" daily, no problems.

For the best bang for your buck Costco has a HUGE Restoralax bottle, its the only place I go to buy it now its such a good deal. I have been using Restoralax for approximately a year now, prior to that I suffered daily, it was horrible, I will never not have Restoralax in my home or the travel packs in my purse! Yay for Victory!
