Yes, ferritin of 20 is low, but considering I haven't been above an 8 for over a year and that was with taking oral supplements, I'm pleased.

yes, tentative for june 1st but may be week before depending on some peoples vacation plans. Will know closer to time. I will post on forum.

Leona Dove is iron specialist who is also bariatric. very good info there. Rarely if ferritan below 20 can you recover with oral treatment.
