Why no caffeine?

Drink green tea as multiple research studies show it helps weight loss and prevents gastric ulcers.

Note that decaf coffee still has a risk for causing ulcers.

I'm generally super sensitive to caffeine.

I drank so much tea - including green tea - after WLS that I had re-introduced caffeine to my body without me really knowing it.

About 6 months after surgery, I had my first caffeinated coffee in 10 years. I drink it occasionally now.
