Hi there. If you are worried about protein drink a protein shake for your snack. Half in morning and rest in afternoon. Just a suggestion. Good luck. It gets easier. Trust me

Good afternoon, everyone.

I hope you're all having a great day. I have a headache caused by my spring allergies today, but the birds are singing and the buds are coming out on the trees so it's worth it, lol.

I am going to go join the pool today; woohoo! My truck is finally fixed and I don't need to rely on others for rides...so happy about that.

Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg (bright blue one today, lol).

Lunch: Ham

Supper: Steak and (2 tbsp) veggie stirfry.

Snacks/drinks: herbal teas with premier protein as whitener, premier protein shake, 3 strawberries.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

Ginny those are great stats. 22 minutes of straight running, you are killing this.

Good afternoon everyone. It's been a busy morning so that's why I'm posting late. This morning I went swimming, shopping, ran errands, then had lunch with DH.

Protein SF Hot Chocolate before bed (It's wet and dreary out there this will warm me up before bed)

Enjoy your evening.
