Salad with Flat Iron steak on top

Shepherd's pie made with ground turkey and gravy, and sweet potato mash on top (store bought)

Good morning! Well lets just say I'm not an artist!! But I had fun hanging out with the girls last night for paint night.

I didn't do my run yesterday afternoon, I just didn't have the gumption....some days I just can't make it happen. Today is regular run day so hopefully some of the others are there today, that helps with the motivation. To the gym tonight for a good weight training work out, and a little more cardio. I usually finish up with about 20 mins on the treadmill at a 20% incline moving at a good clip!

Eats today are pretty good I think:

B - 1 egg, 1/4 cup egg white, 2 strips of bacon

S - 100 gr greek yogurt, 2.45 oz of blueberries (fresh)

L - guts of a chicken shwarma (3 - 4 oz chicken) the restaurant we did painting at is right beside the awesome shwarma shop, so scored me a good lunch!!

S - cucumber, 4 slices deli turkey

D - hamburger, with tomato and onion and pickle, mustard

Totals - Cal 878, Carbs 30, protein 103

Have a great Hump Day, weekend is soon here again! YAY

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

The Harlem Globetrotters show was amazing last night. It was sad because there weren't a lot of people there -- I expected it to be more popular.

Today I'm going to try and help my grandmother find her passport so we can go shopping in the states, and then later I have another dreaded dentist appointment. I didn't have any pain after my last fillings which was great. This new dentist seems to be much better. Worst part was the needles.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chili, beef

Snack - pepperette, yogurt

Dinner - something soft lol

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
