Hopefully the newbies that read this and OP take it where its coming from... Concern from a Vet like yourself and me who I just want to right the wrongs of all the Centres that are telling Newbies the wrong info!!

If they get butt hurt over what we said and can't see that we who have walked the path before them and are successful and are truly trying to help well you know how it ends, we will see them posting about gained weight or weight loss has stopped.

I LOVE what you said Birdie and I just might quote you in the future if that's okay... "we don't have a personal state in your weight loss and could just choose to pat your head and say too bad... we are trying to give you solid advice!!" YES YES and more YES!
