Weather is amazing in sunny Florida!

Do not want to come home....

I must say that I am enjoying the Danone Lean & Fit Greek Yogurt...

12 grams of protein, 80 calories....

Has anyone seen them in Canada? Ontario? Ottawa?

I have not. ON a Facebook wls site I belong to when anyone goes to the states they have a grocery order for those. Haha. Stock up for your return home.

The Light and Fit are amazing, but unfortunately only available south of the border.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
