Good morning :)

Today is very much up in the air. The granite company is coming in to measure for our countertops. The other contractors haven't confirmed if they are coming so that means waiting around.

I also had a thought last night about my weight gain since hitting goal. I've gained about 12 pounds from my lowest weight in about 12 months. So on average that's one pound a month. Using the estimate of 3,500 calories per pound (not a perfect measure but close enough for my example), that's an extra 3,500 calories per month, or about an extra 120 calories per day. How easy is it to eat 120 calories?? A handful of nuts, an extra yogurt, a few crackers, etc. Oh you sneaky little calories...

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - egg sandwich

Snack - yogurt, pepperette

Dinner - tbd

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning!

Winter is back here with a vengeance; we had a snow storm yesterday. Bleah! It's -15 C today. I always keep extra bottled water in between the window panes of my bedroom window, so I won't have to go downstairs if I need more water in the middle of the night, lol, and the water froze solid. Oops.

1 month post op RNY, and back on Full Liquids for 2 weeks, but no more pain, woohoo!

Good Morning. My parents arrive from South Carolina tonight just in time for the freezing weather! I am very much into my usual today. Not sick of it yet. Official surgiversary weigh in is on saturday. Hoping to be down at least 1/2 lb by then to make this a 10lb month. Gonna try to get on the treadmill at work today so I don't need to at home as well.
