same...in fact i don't even know if i have one...but i didn't go through humber..

I don't believe that they actually use your bariatic number at all.. I know I was given a MRN number from TWH...and that is the number that everything is assigned to in your file

 

I think the registry number is just for their info.. but don't think it tells you what hospital or anything you go to... 

 

Your doctor for sure will have what hospital you were refered to... :)  I had to phone my doctor to get mine.. He didn't give it to me when everything was filled out

Mystery solved!  Thanks to all for answering. My theory was correct. The number does indicate the hospital and it is Humber. Now I just have to wait, which I'm not very good at!  Thanks again!
