So any of you that read the daily menu thread know that I have been fighting with the scale for the past while.  Birdie reminded me to do my measurements so we got the trusty ol tape measure out this morning.

Last time I did them was Nov. 29th.  Well today I'm down 23 more inches since then!   Take that scale!!  5" off my chest, 2-1/2 from my arm, 5-1/2 from waist, 5 from my hips, 3 from my thigh and 2 from my calf.  My wrist has stayed the same since August!

So well I'm still not happy with the scale, I can't be upset about those measurements!  Newbies, that's why it's important to take your measurements regularly.  I used to do it on my monthly surgiversary, but got lax the last little bit.

I will get back into the groove of a low calorie high protein menu this week as I went a little rogue last week (it didn't help).

Thanks for listening to me whine, and now cheer!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

YES !!!!   This is why we take measurements.  Your body needs time to adjust to all that losing you are doing.
