post Op RNY 10 months today 

Good morning gang. Off to a crappy start. Thought I had a hair appt at 845 only to get there and have her tell me it's next week. Haven't really got a plan for the day as we are heading to Toronto this afternoon to go to the Medieval Times dinner show. Will be travelling over lunch and snack times. Will take a shake and maybe some nuts or something.  Out for a walk with the dogs here shortly. I'm sure I'll get lots of steps in today. 

B - chicken with cheese n sour cream

Took my son to his friends hockey game for 9am then he wants to go see another play at 2pm. He has his own game in Stratford at 6pm too. Hockey day. :) 

B- egg and cheese. Could only eat half 

L-  over easy egg with Melba toast 

D - premier protein

S- laughing cow on Melba toast 

Going to have a decaf coffee and hope it tastes good again. All water and vitamins 

Cals: 365, protein 45 carbs 16 

May sneak another 1/2 of a premier in there to get my protein up but we will see

Happy Saturday!   I'm going to try and switch things up a bit.  I went back to re-read my plan and found I should be eating more.  I was sticking to a 1/4 cup each meal because I remembered people posting at a few months out they could only eat 1/4 cup.   Not what my plan says - it says 1/2 to 3/4.  I'm guessing because I'm still puréed and food is sliding down easy and faster.    We will see how it goes. 

B - 2oz Greek yogurt mixed with PB2 & 2oz ricotta bake.  (gave me 17g of protein compared to my 6g from my egg)

L - refried beans with cheese

D - either tuna salad, or buffalo chicken purée. 

S - hummus

I need to get more fluids in too.  I will work on that today.

Post Rny just over 4 months.  Got in 12k steps.

breakfast- 2tbs oats with chia seeds made as overnight oats with 1/2 vanilla premier protein and once ounce of apple

lunch- 3/4 cup of black bean chilli

snack- 1/2 portion of the overnight oats

dinner-3oz of steak and an artichoke

Bought 2 dresses today in a size 12...must have been vanity sizing.  I'm definitely not a size 12
