Hey everyone,

Question.

I`ve found it so hard since surgery to find a drink that is refreshing to me (I used to be a Coke Zero fanatic) and now I 99% of the time stay away from carbonated crap for obvious reasons. I finally found a drink the other day that I LOVE!!! Aloe Juice! it's amazing and so healthy!! However, we`re not supposed to take NSAIDS and Aloe is a natural anti-inflammatory....Are we able to drink it? I don`t have an appointment to see a Dr. for a few weeks still so I was hoping someone here would know.

Thanks for any help!

Since it's also a healer I don't think you have to worry but it's always best to check with your centre. I did a quick search and it seems that many people do drink aloe after surgery.
