Starting the Journey
Hi Everyone, this is a wonderful site. Just what we all need. I was supposed to do this two years ago but had both my knees replaced so here I go again. I do feel different this time, I feel ready. I understand this is a tool not a miracle cure. I just asked to be transfered to Guelph before my Orientation as I live closer to Guelph and am not comfortable driving in the city( Country Girl here). I spoke to them at Guelph and the gal on the phone was amazing and understanding. It just feels so right. Looking forward to this year for change and discovery in my life.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
