Paperwork from HRRH to Guelph Question

Hi, I just called HRRH as I was to go to Orientation on Feb. 14th. for Orientation and asked if I could be transferred to Guelph as it is closer to me. The person said okay. I told her that I had all the Questioneers completed both my portion and my Physicians and that I had sent it via Xpress post on Friday. She said that they would not need it now and that it would just be destoyed. I asked would it not be just sent to Guelph and she said no they have different paperwork. This is pretty disappointing. My Physican said completing it was not covered by OHIP and I paid $75 to have him complete it. I also had a lot of reports attached. ( Sleep Study, Lab work). Will they really just tra****
