Have you found a sugar free jam without seeds?   Or do you find you're able to tolerate them ok?   I'm getting bored with the full fluids, it'd be nice for a change.

I haven't had problems with seeds.

My go to is Source greek.....8g protein... low in sugar (you have to watch the sugar).  My most favorite is light and fit greek from Buffalo, I stock up when I can !!!

If you like greek yogurt, Liberte 0% has a lot of protein, 24 gms

You have been given some good ones to try. Look for the most protein with the least amount of sugar. Initially you are going to want to try to get as much protein in as possible to help with healing

Plain yogurt lets you add things to it

I used plain Greek yoghurt. The SKYR brand from PC has lots of protein. I mixed it with protein powder for flavour and sweetness. Or sometimes I put Stevia in it and a pinch of cinnamon.
