Yogurt Suggestions
Hi
Thanks for your response...
I am doing okay with the weight loss.
Down 21 lbs in the first 3 weeks post RNY.
Given the amount & variety is limited right now.
I am going to stay with this yogurt & as I progress through soft and forward, my dense proteins will probably replace it.

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE.
You are only getting 8gms of protein with a lot of sugar. Right now you are losing no matter what you eat. If you are to get to 60gn=ms of protein consider how much sugar you will have to eat for that.
I and others have found some of the dieticians do not seem to realise what is need for long term success. . This is setting you up for failure in the long term. You will find people who are long term success would never touch this amount of sugar.
I like SKYR plain yogurt (21g of protein) and add Jordon's Skinny SF Syrup (Winners, Marshals, BB&B) in salted caramel or English Toffee. You can also add water enhancer for different flavours.

Love that too. The OP can't have chunks right now, but SF jams are great for later. I like apricot and mango.
