Hello all.  CC, hope you have a nice dinner out.

I didn't do much today. I had a hot bath, drank lots of fluids and relaxed in my recliner.  Still coughing a lot but hopefully it will pass soon, like the doctor said it should.

All of my meals:

Optifast, plus lots of hot lemon water, soup broth.  Probably no veggies today as I'm not hungry and still have to get 2 more optifast shakes in.

Hang in there Kathy.  How are your parents doing?  Won't be long now before you are on the loser's bench.

That is so frustrating about your sister.  I hope they call in a consult from Toronto soon.

Once again your menu looks soooo good, especially your breakfast.  Did you make it yourself or buy?  Inquiring minds might need to have this.  I just finished dinner, and looking at your breakfast makes me want it.  Head hunger.

You will be happy to be back at school.  Sending hugs.

Thanks CC. Frustration is an understatement. They are thinking of sending her to London and seeing what the specialists at the neurological center might find. Nothing concrete yet but something soon.

Yes i made it myself CC. You know i'm a gourmet chef, lol. I just took a chicken breast, put half a tbsp of herd and garlic cc, seasoned it and two slices of bacon wrapped around. Baked it till done. I was supposed to eat it with sauteed spinach, but no room.

I've done a screen capture, I'm going to try this.  Today I had some of a cheese ball that was cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and lots of bacon.   So yummy.

I hope they do send your sister to London soon, this has been too long.
